AquaVideo's goal for this site is to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision about your underwater housing purchase.

If you need more information or have questions, we would prefer that you call rather than email. Besides the innumerable junk emails we get, we simply get too many housing emails to be able to answer them all effectively. It actually takes less time to handle a phone call than it does to answer emails, for several reasons. First of all, often even seemingly basic questions have complex or multiple answers depending on the camera you use, experience level, goals, and type of underwater videography you are trying to do. Because of this, using emails we would either have to give short, not very helpful answers or spend hours writing longer emails that cover all of the bases - and there just isn't enough time available. When you call we can pretty quickly zero in on the information you need.

Obviously, if you are in another country, and/or speak another language, then email may be the best method of communicating.
